Between April 11 and May 10, we are organizing, in collaboration with the Bird Ringing Station, a bird ringing field camp on the island of Ustica.
Birds will be captured using mist nets and ringed after standard measurements and assessments of their physiological condition have been taken.
The project is part of activities carried out in collaboration with ISPRA and aims to highlight how even long-distance migratory birds (i.e. those wintering south of the Sahara) are affected by climate change.
