The Fondazione Internazionale Biodiversità del Mediterraneo invites you to participate in the Seminar dedicated to faunal reintroduction interventions in the Madonie Park. During the event, the first results of ongoing projects for the protection and safeguarding of the Griffon Vulture, the Egyptian Vulture, and the Black Francolin will be presented.
On this occasion, the volume collecting the proceedings of the International Conference “Rewilding in Sicily: Reintroductions and Restockings. Status, Issues, and Perspectives,” held in Palermo and Isnello on January 19-20, 2024, will be presented.
The event will take place on November 10, 2024, at the Auditorium of the Social Center, Viale V. Impellitteri, Isnello (PA). It will be an important opportunity for discussion and in-depth analysis, featuring contributions from industry experts and the screening of unpublished videos on the species reintroduced into the Park.
